The BHAVYA (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana) Scheme is a Central Sector Scheme run by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) to develop investment-ready, world-class industrial parks across India.

Aim and Objectives
To develop investment-ready, world-class industrial infrastructure that lets investors ground investment with ease, adding to India's manufacturing capacity.
To strengthen India's manufacturing ecosystem in line with Make in India and PM Gati Shakti, positioning India as a globally competitive manufacturing destination.
Key Features
Scale: Provides for 100 industrial parks over six years; up to 50 parks will be taken up in the first phase, across two or more selection rounds.
Land Norms: Minimum 100 acres for non-hilly states and 25 acres for hilly states, northeastern states, Union Territories and smaller states; parks up to 1,000 acres are permitted.
Implementation Model: Projects are implemented through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, responsible for planning, development and long-term maintenance.
Funding Structure: Financial assistance is provided as equity contribution linked to the value of land transferred to the SPV and achievement of project milestones.
Project Management Agency: The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) is the designated PMA for implementation and monitoring.
Selection Process: Proposals compete through a challenge-based mode, evaluated on multimodal connectivity, site suitability, quality of infrastructure, industrial ecosystem strength and policy facilitation.
Governance: Overseen by a National Level Steering Committee chaired by the Secretary, DPIIT, with GIS-based monitoring and periodic audits.
